Emma joined the Committee in 2018 is a chartered company secretary with over 10 years’ experience in financial services. She is the Company Secretary at Stream and is passionate about raising the profile of the company secretarial profession.

Bunmi Obisesan

Vice President

A Committee member since 2018, Bunmi is an accomplished Chartered Company Secretary. With over a decade of expertise spanning Corporate Governance, Share Plans, and Insurance, she has supported a diverse range of FinTech and Listed entities across the FTSE, AIM, and NYSE. Currently Senior Company Secretary at Shawbrook Bank, Bunmi is a dedicated advocate for empowering the next generation of governance leaders and the profession.

Iwona Bainbridge - Dyer

Iwona joined the WCGA Committee in April 2024. She is a Chartered Company Secretary with vast experience in public sector organisations, private companies, and charities. Iwona is currently Governance Manager at Shakespeare’s Globe.

Brenda is a Chartered Company Secretary and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, with 20 years of experience gained in the financial services, and not-for-profit sectors. Brenda is currently Company Secretary at 3173 Group, a leading UK provider of specialist pensions expertise, delivering better outcomes for clients, Trustees, and members.

Joelle Engmann

Membership Secretary

Joelle joined the WCGA Committee in 2023 and was appointed as Membership Secretary in April 2024. She is a chartered company secretary with 6 years’ experience across professional services and in-house. Joelle currently works at Bridgehouse.

Chelsea Chivers

Chelsea is a Chartered Secretary with extensive experience in providing entity management services. In her current role as Solutions Sales Specialist at Diligent, she focuses on elevating the use of AI and technology within the entity management space.

Marie Molloy

Marie is a Chartered Secretary and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. Her current role is Senior Assistant Company Secretary at Post Office Limited.

Nana Marfo

Nana is currently Company Secretary at Climate Asset Management, a joint venture between HSBC Asset Management and Pollination. She is a qualified governance professional with experience across listed companies, private organisations and the investment management sector.
