Originally founded to address the underrepresentation of women in Company Secretary roles, the WCGA remains a women-only membership organisation, both as a tribute to the progress made within the profession and in recognition of the invaluable contributions of our former Committee Members who championed this journey.
While gender balance in the field has significantly improved, we acknowledge that the professional challenges women may encounter can differ from those faced by their male counterparts.
